How much is the rental?
Share your preferred model and exact dates. Confirm the total price, deposit, extra fees and return terms directly with the shop before renting.
How do I book a bike?
Pick a model, prepare an enquiry and open WhatsApp. For Zalo, copy the message and open the chat. A booking is confirmed only when agreed directly with the shop.
Which bike suits my trip and luggage?
Tell the shop your riding experience, route, number of riders and luggage. Pick a model you are comfortable handling; discuss passenger space and luggage arrangements before reserving.
What documents should I prepare?
Before pick-up, request the document checklist and confirm the riding-licence requirements for your chosen model. Ask whether originals or copies are needed so you can arrive prepared.
How do the deposit and payment work?
Get the rental total, deposit amount, accepted payment methods and any fees in writing. Keep the receipt and agree on the deposit-return process before paying.
Are helmets and accessories included?
Ask what comes with your specific bike: helmet, phone holder, lock, rain gear or luggage rack. Confirm sizes, condition and any extra charge; try the helmet at pick-up.
What cover is included if something happens?
Ask for the written terms covering bike damage, theft and third-party liability, including exclusions and your share of costs. Check your own medical and travel cover separately with your insurer.
Can I get hotel delivery or return in another city?
Share the pick-up address and intended return location before booking. Delivery and one-way arrangements, availability and transport charges must be confirmed individually with this shop.
What should I check before pick-up?
Confirm riding documents, insurance, deposit and return conditions. At pick-up, check the bike’s condition, brakes, tyres, lights and helmet together.
During your ride
What should I do if the bike breaks down?
Stop somewhere safe. Send the shop your location, a short description and photos. Agree on the next step before authorising repairs, and keep any receipts.
Can I extend, cancel or return early?
Message before the agreed return time if your plans change. Extensions depend on availability. Confirm cancellation charges and early-return refunds before booking; an extension is valid only after the shop agrees.
What about fuel, mileage and late returns?
Record the fuel level, odometer and agreed return time at handover. Ask about mileage limits, refuelling and late fees. If you expect a delay, let the shop know as early as possible.
